We are so glad you stopped by to visit. We have had limited breeding experience with Yorkies and Bullmastiff dogs. We sell AKC-registered puppies. They all come with papers, A certificate of health, They will have their first shots as well as their first worming. Because we are not a regular breeder we don't always have puppies available and we want to make sure they all leave for their new home in good health so they can bring lots of love and companionship to their new owners.

We are a small country time breeder that believes quality of a dog is utmost in any breeding experience. Every pregnant female is part of our family and her pups are a miracle. We are so excited to be a part of nature. We are located in a small town just outside of the city of Buffalo NY. Our dogs are defiantly part of our family. They have a house of their own that was made for them by my husband, that is where Livin' In The Dog Houze 2 originated from just south-east of Buffalo. It has many of the amenities of a real house. Of course they would much rather be in the big house with us. The Dog House is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer, it has running water, a color TV to watch the Animal Planet, if they could figure out how to answer a phone they have that too. (guess that is were we come in) We haven't had many litters like most breeders, just because we don't want puppies to be born and then neglected because they are to much work or are misunderstood. We want them to be a part of a loving home where they can provide their owners lots love and companionship.

Well once again our puppy nursery is empty. We miss our little babies alot but also look forward to the next litter. We are hoping to have that happen later this spring or early summer. If interested in one of these special little babies please let us know and we can put your name on a "No Obligation List". We will let you know when and if we are going to have a litter.
We have been so happy with these little Bullie babies. They have such great personalities, just like the big guys. Both of the females make super babies. They are great mommy's and love their little ones. Bo, the daddy, is also a big fan of his babies!! He loves to watch them and we are sure when it is time for them to go to their new homes he misses them.
